I am intentional about what I keep and what I let go of. Everything in my home has a reason for being there. It is either something I love, something I use, or something that helps me live better.
I know that using your home as a tool for your well-being is a practice that takes time to develop. That's why I'm here. We will work together to build those skills so you can stay in charge of your environment.
With my background in nursing, education, and transformational and wellness coaching, I understand the deep connection between our environment, behavior, and well-being. What makes my approach different is that we start with you, your everyday life, your challenges, and your personal goals, and build from there.
This is where "maybe one day" stops being a wish and becomes your life.
Imagine having people over...people you invited! And not spending the hour before frantically hiding things. Walking into your kitchen on a Tuesday morning and actually feeling good about it. No more purchases that made sense in the store but don't fit how you actually live. No more changes that felt good for a week and then fell apart when the days didn't go as planned.
When your home is working for you, everything else feels easier.
That's what we build together. A home that's authentically you, beautifully yours, and easy to live in.
